Last updated: May 30, 2026
These terms are written to make Trinity's rules clear for users, families, churches, artists, partners, and App Store reviewers.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Trinity mobile apps, trinity-life.com, app.trinity-life.com, church.trinity-life.com, admin.trinity-life.com, and related products and services. By using Trinity, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice and Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Trinity.
2. Trinity services
Trinity provides faith-based technology for Bible reading, audio Bible, gospel music, prayers, morning and evening devotion, kids content, community spaces, church tools, live sermon experiences, subscriptions, vouchers, support, and related media. Features may vary by language, region, device, account status, subscription level, and availability of content licenses or partner integrations.
3. Faith-based content
Trinity is designed for Christian Scripture, worship, prayer, community, and ministry use. Content may include Bible text, translations, devotionals, prayers, music, sermons, kids materials, and church resources. Trinity is not a substitute for pastoral, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
4. Accounts and security
- You may need an account to use community, saved content, playlists, subscriptions, vouchers, notes, sync, church tools, or other personalized features.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You may not create accounts using another person's identity or use Trinity to impersonate another person, church, artist, ministry, or organization.
- We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these terms, threaten user safety, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk.
5. Subscriptions, premium features, and Apple billing
- Trinity may offer free and paid experiences. Premium features may include background play, screen lock play, Apple Watch support, ad-free or reduced-ad access, enhanced reader tools, notes, saving, premium actions, or other features described in the app.
- Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple controls payment processing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, family sharing eligibility, and billing support according to Apple's terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account subscription settings before the renewal date.
- Deleting the Trinity app or deleting your Trinity account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
- Prices, trial availability, premium features, and regional offerings may change, but changes will be handled according to applicable law and platform rules.
6. Vouchers and regional offers
Trinity may offer optional voucher codes, including regional offers for users in Ethiopia or other locations. Voucher availability, pricing, duration, redemption limits, eligibility, and expiration may vary. Voucher codes have no cash value, may not be resold, and may be denied, revoked, or limited if we suspect misuse, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or technical error.
7. Ads and free access
Trinity may show ads to free users in parts of the app such as Home, Music, and Audio Bible. Ads help support free access to Scripture, worship, prayer, and family content. Premium subscriptions may remove or reduce ads depending on the offering. You agree that playback or feature behavior may differ between free and premium users, including background playback restrictions for free users.
8. User content and community rules
- You are responsible for content you create, upload, submit, post, save, share, or transmit through Trinity.
- Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, misleading, spammy, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not post private information about another person without permission.
- Do not use Trinity to threaten, shame, exploit, manipulate, or target vulnerable people, children, churches, artists, or communities.
- Prayer requests, comments, group content, church content, and usernames may be visible to other users, church admins, group admins, moderators, or Trinity staff depending on the feature.
- We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or report content when needed to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of Trinity.
9. Content rights and licenses
- Trinity and its licensors own or control the app, website, design, software, trademarks, media organization, metadata, and original content provided by Trinity.
- Bible translations, music, lyrics, recordings, artwork, videos, sermons, and partner materials may be owned by third parties or licensed to Trinity.
- You may use Trinity content for personal, family, church, devotional, and lawful non-commercial use unless a feature or written agreement says otherwise.
- You may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, bulk download, rebroadcast, reverse engineer, or use Trinity content or software in a way that violates law, platform rules, content licenses, or these terms.
- If you submit music, church media, sermons, lyrics, artwork, videos, or other content to Trinity, you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for Trinity to host, process, display, stream, promote, and distribute that content through Trinity services.
10. Kids and family use
Trinity kids content is intended to support family faith learning.
